• Step 1: First and foremost, Go to the official website of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) at https://www.rta.ae/wps/portal/rta/ae/home

• Step 3: A popup will be displayed, and there will be two options to check for “By Plate” or “By Account”.
• Step 4: If you want to check “By Plate” must assign your vehicle “Plate Number” and “Mobile Number” OR to check “My Account” must assign your Salik “Account Number” and “PIN”.

These are the following steps that you need to adhere;

• First, you need a Smart Salik App if you haven,t can download the app available on the following places;
  • For the IOS App available on the Apple App Store
  • For Android App available on Google Play Store
• Open and Install the Smart Salik App.
• If you have already used the app, you must log in and register an account with the required credentials the first time you use it.
• Explore the “My Account,” “Account Balance”, section or detect the app related to your checking account or balance.
• Now you are eligible to check the Salik Balance by clicking on the “Check Salik Balance” button.
• You must enter your Salik account number and PIN (Personal Identification Number) that you have set up for your Salik account.
• After submitting the credentials, Salik shows your current Salik account balance on your screen.

• Step 2: Choose the language Press 1 (for Arabic), or Press 2 (for English).
